Roughly 1,000 REALTORS® and real estate professionals make up the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®. For over 40 years, FCBR has provided advocacy, educational opportunities, research and programs for the Fort Collins area's real estate community, and has held its members to the highest standards of professionalism.

Education - Comprehensive courses on industry issues plus professional designations such as GRI, CRS and other programs.

Non-Education Programs and Events - Membership Meetings throughout the year bring you tremendous speaker; social events like the Holiday Party and annual golf tournament offer a relaxing opportunity to network with your peers; under the leadership of FCBR, the Sensible Housing projects bring together government, community and real estate leaders to forge new solutions to housing needs in Northern Colorado; the Government Affairs Luncheon brings together various elected officials and our membership.

Government Affairs Work and PSF - Monitoring and formulation a plan to act on legislative issues at the federal, state and local level which affect your clients and your business. When REALTORS® join together, their voice is very persuasive.

Committees and Advisory Groups - The FCBR President appoints members like you to committees and advisory groups on an annual basis. Members are given the opportunity to improve their leadership skills, to engage in high level networking and to add value to FCBR membership for all of its members.

Code of Ethics - Mediation and arbitration, as well as enforcement of ethical business practices with a forum for complaints and recourse protects the reputation of ALL Fort Collins REALTORS®.

Electronic Key Services - State-of-the-art equipment and service from SentriLock for the entire Northern Colorado area. IRES, FCBR and Sentrilock technical support staff are available to assist you with signing up, questions or problems.

Communications - Receive timely updates on an array of real estate issues via FCBR's Board Talk, "News for You" e-mails, video "V-News for You" updates, and Realtor® Review.

Rookie Club - We are seeing growth in the number of new licensees joining FCBR. The mission of the Rookie Club is to provide essential information to help you get started in the real estate industry, fostering discussion and open exchange of ideas on a new set of duties, responsibilities and challenges. Rookie Club is not just for Rookies anymore all FCBR members are welcome.

By joining the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, your membership provides you with the opportunity to further your professional development and expertise, both through online education and through classroom based offerings. These courses are focused on specific areas of the real estate profession with local, state and national experts serving as the instructors. Additionally, the Education Committee organizes quarterly orientation meetings, Ethics classes, CREC Update Classes and timely instruction on the latest developments.

If you are new to the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS®, we also offer the Rookie Club which hosts monthly gatherings to assist new and seasoned agents in their business. Rookie Club is not just for Rookies any more!
