Unlike the Rookie of the Year Award there is no sales based criteria, but rather focuses on the overall accomplishments of those younger agents in our association. While there will be only one winner all finalists will be recognized at an upcoming FCBR event.
FCBR will be accepting nominations over the next couple of months. Candidates can either self nominate or be nominated by someone else. All nominees will be asked to fill out an application and may be asked to attend interviews with the selection committee.
Additionally, the Colorado Association of REALTORS® YPN will be giving out a state award and finalist for the FCBR Young Professional of the Year will automatically be entered for consideration at the state level!

FCBR Wins CARHOF 20/20 Contest and $2,500 Add’l Grant Money!
Congratulations to FCBR members! Our CARHOF chair, Marie Edwards, reported yesterday that YOU have won the $20 for 20 CARHOF Anniversary Fundraising Competition! Because FCBR had the highest percent of members contributing to CARHOF of all the “large” boards in Colorado, you have won an additional $2,500 of grant money. That money will be awarded, along with the rest of the foundation funds, at the August 10 CARHOF Lunch. The year-long contest was in celebration of the 20 years CARHOF has been providing housing opportunities in our communities by aiding local non-profit agencies which help place families in local housing.
