“Housing, Mortgages, and Regulations, OH MY!”-The CSU Everitt Real Estate Center will present a two hour program focusing on housing, mortgages, and regulations the morning of March 25th at the Fort Collins Hilton. Results from two inaugural surveys on Colorado's mortgage industry and Northern Colorado's residential markets will be presented along with the release of the Center's Northern Colorado House Price Indices that includes 14-year analysis of housing trends in Boulder, Larimer, and Weld counties. Keynote speaker Erin Toll, Director of the Colorado Real Estate Commission will be presenting an Update and Outlook for 2010 as well as a taking a twenty-minute question and answer session.
