Feb. 23: 2012 CREC Mandatory Annual Commission Update

Location: Fort Collins Board of Realtors at 110 W Harvard St, Fort Collins, CO 80525, USA on Thursday, February 23, 2012 - 8:30am

This 4-hour course is required to be taken annually by all licensees. The course is updated to a new version starting January each year and that version must be taken on or before December 31 of that year.You will learn recent Commission changes in laws, rule, regulations and forms. You'll also receive a heads-up and advice on the most common problems and complaints the Commission is experiencing at the time the course is developed.

NAR Ethics Update class featured at March Membership Meeting

Location: MacKenzie Place Lodge at 4750 Pleasant Oak Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80525, USA on Thursday, March 1, 2012 - 11:30am to 3:30pm

The March 1st Membership Meeting will highlight REALTOR benefits.  In addition, you will have the opportunity to complete the required NAR Quadrennial Ethics course.  The event will take place at MacKenzie Place Lodge located at: 4750 Pleasant Oak Drive.  The membership meeting will begin at 11:30AM with New Member recognition.  Lunch will also be provided.  The Ethics course will be conducted from 12:30PM to 3:30PM. The cost for both the Ethics course and lunch is only $20.00.

Residential Environmental Series Celebrates 25th Anniversary, Begins in February

The City of Fort Collins is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Residential Environmental Program Series with eight programs throughout winter and spring. This free and innovative series provides ways to save money, protect the environment and gain a better appreciation for our local resources.
