Incorporated in 1963, the Fort Collins Board of REALTORS® is the voice for REALTORS® and real estate professionals in the Fort Collins area. FCBR provides advocacy, educational opportunities, research and programs for the area's REALTORS®.

With more than 1,000 REALTOR® members, FCBR:

• Advocates for REALTORS®, home-sellers and home-buyers. FCBR's focus is the preservation and enhancement of the quality of life in the Fort Collins area, with issues such as private property rights and transportation funding as key priorities, the Board of REALTORS® is working to ensure that FCBR's small business members are protected from inappropriate government regulation and out of control taxes and that their homeowner clients' property rights are respected.
• Supports Members through Programs and Services
  Through professional development, educational, and networking programs, FCBR members gain opportunities to expand their business and build a better community.
• Imposes High Professional Standards on its Members Membership in FCBR demonstrates a real estate professional's pledge to uphold the REALTOR Code of Ethics and their commitment to maintaining highest ethical and professional standards.
