Partnership Committee

Partnership_Comm..jpg The FCBR Partnership Committee is a group of dedicated affiliate members of the FCBR. It consists of lenders, insurance professionals, title companies, appraisers, home warranty companies and real estate showing services.

The committee helps the Board of REALTORS® through volunteer opportunities, sponsorship of events, and educational programs. Partnership Committee also serves as a great platform for affiliate networking.

Other than the cost to become an affiliate member of the FCBR, there is now no additional cost to become a member of Partnership. The committee meets on a monthly basis. Going forward, it will hold one educational meeting at the FCBR office, followed by an “open house” type meeting at an affiliate office on a rotating basis following next month.

There are now certain requirements for membership, thus creating an “Elite Affiliate” tag with the Partnership Committee. This allows the affiliate to be able to volunteer for the Board of REALTORS® with Partnership and be recognized as a supporter of the board. The affiliate will be required to volunteer at 2 FCBR functions annually, attend a minimum of 5 monthly committee meetings yearly and assist with the annual membership drive.

Hosts for the open house meetings and education classes will be determined by the amount of time volunteered by each affiliate member to the Board of REALTORS®.
